The links were checked on a stated date, which is shown on the page. A list of references with no check date says nothing about whether it still resolves.
The page computes its own broken and contradictory entries and shows how many there are. A reference list that never admits a bad entry has simply never been checked.
A DOI or an arXiv id survives a repository being renamed, moved or made private. Where one exists, it is what is given.
Cite the DOI or the arXiv identifier rather than a repository URL — those survive a rename. If something here does not resolve for you, that is worth an email: the discrepancy list is only as good as the last time someone looked.
