The Queen foundation snapshot now has a source contract

[measured] Merged [PR #937](https://github.com/gHashTag/trinity/pull/937) puts a dated Queen foundation snapshot and its source contract on the page. The public [merge commit](https://github.com/gHashTag/trinity/commit/d12883f03324b99ca7206db38e49f1a299073ced) adds the snapshot, a hex-sand asset, a fixture-backed QA contract, and the page wiring.

[proven] The snapshot is generated at 2026-09-05T14:18:58Z. It records 1,009 closed issues, 17 epics with 419 children, 21 rings, and 2 releases. The raw JSON is 284 KB and the compressed brotli form is 40 KB, as recorded in the merged change.

The page contract is the useful part

[proven] The page reads the server route /queen/public-foundation first and the checked-in file second, refreshing the source every 60 seconds. The viewport exposes data-foundation="N@generatedAt:source", so a rendered view can say how many records it used and where they came from.

[measured] The new check:queen-foundation contract uses a 37-issue fixture. It checks the route response, accepts the route 404 as a wire-stage condition, and then requires the viewport to expose 37@<moment>:file. This tests provenance instead of treating a green page as proof that its data is current.

What is established

A page becomes more auditable when its number carries a timestamp and a source, not just a visual shape.
