Where the numbers come from

gHashTag/t27 specs/fpga/dsp/cordic.t27 (t27#8985): every value on the page is its fn bodies, compiled to wasm (logic.js)
The interpolation bound: linear interpolation of f on a step h errs by at most h^2/8 max|f''| (any numerical analysis text); for sin, max|f''| = 1
