The cooldown clock, /stop and /mute

One agent answers another at most every 5 s. /stop silences bot-to-bot turns for 10 minutes and /mute an agent for an hour. Drag the clocks: a person is always heard.

This page sets no cookie and sends nothing anywhere.

Where the numbers come from
