Тактовый сигнал — это период с фронтом внутри, и фронт стоит не идеально: от цикла к циклу он гуляет на величину джиттера. Спека карточки инструмента tri clocks — не набор тестов, и запись показывает, как нативный отчёт говорит именно это: 0 тестов, потому что это константы, которые читает страница инструмента. Каждая константа на той карточке называет вывод инструмента, из которого она взята. Джиттер съедает запас, который оставляет расчёт setup: спека дерева тактового сигнала из следующего модуля несёт 50 пс джиттера PLL как одну из своих констант.
